DESCRIBE YOUR RESEARCH AREA AND FOCUS
My research area covers machine learning and knowledge graph data management. I am pursuing a PhD with the main objective of optimising SPARQL queries in RDF stores by forecasting query workloads.
With the increasing volumes of RDF data, efficiently querying the data is a significant challenge. When complex workloads arrive at the RDF store, it is frequently too late to handle them efficiently. As a result, I intend to forecast critical query workloads and materialise or precompute relevant query results in order to reduce the overall workload.
PROJECTS YOU ARE/WILL BE INVOLVED IN?
My PhD is conducted in the Data, Knowledge and Web Engineering (DKW) group under the supervision of Professor Katja Hose and Assistant Professor Matteo Lissandrini.
FUN AND OTHER FACTS?
In my spare time, I work out at a local gym twice a week. Besides that, I enjoy trying out different activities/sports. Some of the recent ones are bouldering, squash and paddle tennis.
