DESCRIBE YOUR RESEARCH AREA AND FOCUS

I work in the Human-Centered Computing Group, and my research is primarily focused on Human-AI collaboration in healthcare. Integrating AI systems as a collaborative partner in human workflows, especially in high-stake workflows encountered in healthcare, requires humans to trust the AI support systems. With this, I aim to investigate the trust-building process for humans toward AI systems and what factors might influence these matters.

PROJECTS YOU ARE/WILL BE INVOLVED IN?

I am involved in the EXPLAIN-ME project of Digital Research Centre Denmark (DIREC) under Innovation Fund Denmark.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO CONTINUE YOUR CAREER AT AALBORG UNIVERSITY?

I have always been interested in research and the investigation into the study of materials to establish and reach new conclusions. Aalborg University has the resources and researchers to conduct high-quality research, which drew me to continue my career at Aalborg University.

FUN AND OTHER FACTS?

I know all the words to every song from Encanto (a Disney movie), and I am surprisingly good at playing billiards.
